Chris, looks like repackaged Tannerite. You wouldn't believe the explosion that it makes. When you see it, you'll wonder how it could be legal. Big ones give you a small mushroom cloud and you'll feel the concussion and heat from the blast. Not sure you can use that at the FOP though. I'd check first if you do. I've got some videos of it somewhere, I'll see if I can dig it up.
